Returns & Exchanges
At Prism Smoke Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that used glass or consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items to prevent breakage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange. Credits typically appear on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
